Required Information:

1. Full address of the Residence or Office 

2. Floor plan of the Residence or Office (including the details for the direction and bearing, please also indicate the entrance on the floor plan)

3. Residence: Please indicate each family member's bedroom on the floor plan;  Office：Please indicate the business owner's room and each department's location on the floor plan

4. Residence：Birthdays of the home owner and each family member;  Office：Birthday of the business owner

5. Pictures or videos for the interior and outside environment of the property

6. Please provide details if encountered any Feng Shui issues related to the property (e.g. work, business, health, etc)

Scope of Consultation:

1. Service will commence upon the receipt of full payment for the consulting fees and all the required information

2. Permanent Feng Shui settings for the Residence or Office

3. Yearly Feng Shui settings for the Current Year for the Residence or Office

4. Feng Shui settings will be completed in seven working days, and sent to the client by email

5. Email response to client's queries related to the Feng Shui settings provided for the property (This service will not answer any other queries, e.g.  bazi and luck for the property owner and family members, Feng Shui issues related to other properties, etc.)
